If you were wondering.

If you were wondering about the above picture. Those are my roommates with me in the trunk of my car. :) We are crazy and spontaneous like that. haha I have LOVED this semester. My roommates are AMAZING! they truly are my new best friends. I feel so blessed to have had them as roomies. :) I have had SEVEN roommates this semester! ALL havae been AMAZING! :)
In the top of the two pictures to the side you see (L->R) Julie, Kayli, Lucia,ME,Angela,and Mikaela. These were the ladies from the first half of the semester. Angela then decided to go and get married! so she left us. In the second picture the ladies are (L->R)Emilee, ME, Julie, Allora,Lucia,and Kayli. Emilee took Mikaela's spot. Emilee went on the Mesa America tour first half of the semester, so Mikaela bought the first half of Emilee's contract.Allora took Angela's spot. :) It worked out perfectly for Allora to come and take Angela's spot. The day of Angela's wedding Alora decided that nothing was keeping her home and that she would move up here. (Allora roomed in this apartment in the Fall and Winter semesters, so she knows Julie,Emilee,and Angela) So she came up here! :) We have been having a BLAST! i love these ladies SO much! They have been a blessing to me. :)I am so grateful for them. i am quite sad to leave them. :(

I never thought

Ah TO-DO lists.

I never thought of myself as a person who must be organized. I have always kind of been a person who is go with the flow personality. I've changed. Since September i have formed a new trait. I have to have my planner and map out my weeks and coming events. It is a necessity! I feel like I would have gone mad by now had I not had a planner. My planner is my best friend! :) <3 It has been used and used and used. :)

I am in control of my life and that is what i like. There is something about writing down everything I have to accomplish and then being able to prioritize and tackle everything. :) I can be like this rugby player.



I could not have tackled this past semester without my "handy dandy" planner! Did you catch the reference? BLUES CLUES! :) The semester ends TODAY! I have ONE final tomorrow. and then i will be COMPLETELY DONE with my spring semester here at BYU-Idaho. :) I am going home on SATURDAY! :) Eeee!

Training

I am TRAINING! :) Started Monday!. and i am motivated!
I am SO glad i am doing this. :)
I just need to find someone to train with.
I find i push myself to go faster, to run longer when i have someone there running with me. SO the search begins. in the meantime i will stick to my training plan :)

I bought a Nike+ Sport band. It comes with a sensor that you wear in/on your shoe and the sensor communicates with the sport band and tracks your pace,distance,heart rate,and the time. and I can upload them to my computer and it will show me my runs, and i can track my progress. :)

Its a weird picture of me but IGNORE THAT and focus on what i am holding. :)

I am training for the Famous Idaho Potato Half Marathon which is May 14th. :)

which means i have SEVENTY SEVEN days.

Running

I've always loved to run. especially if i have some great tunes.;) but never have i ran on a usual basis. and lately i have been feeling a lull. A lull in my life a lack of accomplishment. and i had the idea after i read my friend's blog who is going to run a full marathon. i want to run a half marathon. i want to fill my life with a goal. :) So i researched how to train i am starting to get EXCITED! RUN RUN RUN!!!

Lily

Lilies are my favorite flower. i don't know what it is about them but they are just so beautiful to me. today i've taken the day to have some real down time. it is GLORIOUS!

Ah the weeks of winter

i just saw my friend megan's blog and it motivated me to update. Well Annette Allen is keeping me busy in the mornings. i babysit pretty much every morning so thats nice! :) and a plus is that i get to hang out with little baby Grace who is ADORABLE! :) I am at a weird phase in my life. i miss being in school, i miss having a set schedule and tasks. This could be remedied by a job. which doesn't seem to want to come to me. On the other hand it is nice to just sit around. but too much sitting around gets me stir crazy!

I've been reflecting on my past semester at BYU-I. and it was good. nothing that really leaves me ranting and raving. I loved being in the choir that i was in and my classes were good, only slightly harder than high school, and high school was a breeze. sometimes i really felt out of place. some of this feeling might be due to the fact that my only social outlet was the choir and my vocal class. My ward was older and really just set in their ways and set on graduating as their main focus. thus resulting in not a whole lot of ward stuff. So my friends were my roommates and the choir. and that choir i LOVED! it was awesome and amazing. so this time around (April) i am not going to stay in the same place i did and i am going to have all new roommates no one i know! :) and i am going to be taking more degree classes and etc.

sometimes i get the feeling that BYU-I isn't the place for me. but if it isn't the place for me... where is?

Well this is weird

I find it weird that i am here in Boise while everyone else had their first day of school today. I am working hard to get a job so that i am not a bum while i am here the the next semester. I am also going to get a membership so that i can work out and also do that to keep me from spending all my time on Hulu. ;) oh Hulu is one of my number one weaknesses. :) along side facebook, books,and delicious food. :) I broke my poor little glasses today. :( but i guess i'll have to tape them up or something!

I got to see my BEST friends in the WORLD! i love them oh so much!
above is some of the many adventures we have together.. in fact i still have two other tattoos on my body that will not come off.. oh well i guess i'll go to church again sporting the ankle tattoo and get dirty looks. haha :) oh well! i am very excited that i am home although it might be nice if i had a job to fill my time!
